Nandan Pandit

 

Founder and Partner

 

Nandan has more than a decade of experience in HR, spent mostly in premier consulting organizations like PwC, Deloitte and Aon Hewitt. He is passionate about exploring new ways of People-Organization interaction. In his earlier stint, he led projects spanning all areas of Talent Management and Organizational Design.  He has partnered with organizations to help articulate their Vision, create and clarify Strategy and bring about changes in their organization to achieve Change. 

Specific interventions include creation of HR Departments within organizations, creation of Talent Management focused systems based on Competency Frameworks, clarifying and recreating Organization Design and Structure and designing Change initiatives to enable Transition. Nandan has worked extensively in Talent Management, including creating Competency Frameworks, Talent Assessment interventions as well as Post-Assessment interventions.

Nandan is a certified IRIS and LPA practitioner. He did his Masters in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. He did his graduation in Commerce from R.A. Podar College of Commerce and Economics, Mumbai.

In over a decade, Deepanwita has had the opportunity to handle various roles within the Human Resources function and worked as an Business HR Partner, Country HR Head and Learning & Development Lead during her stints with Wipro Limited and ICICI Bank. Some of the major projects that she worked on in these companies include design and deployment of HR processes in the areas of performance management, employee engagement & recognition, talent management, rollout of effective workforce transitions and change management in outsourcing situations, establishing the human resource practices for an emerging geography in Egypt and Africa, design of skill and process orientation workshops tailored to the needs of people managers, content design and delivery of training programs and modernising technology-based learning management and expanding the reach of delivery systems. 

Deepanwita is a Commerce graduate from Mumbai University and has specialised in Human Resources from Tata Institute of Social Sciences in 2004. She is certified in administration and interpretation of Myers Briggs Type Indicator and has also worked extensively with psychometric instruments such as Strengths Finder and OPQ32.
